If ever there was a perfect example of local entertainment for local people then this has to be it
The Kernow King knows how to get laughs out of seeing the funny side of the world around us here in the Duchy.
Referencing nearby towns with lofty ambitions (Pool is the Future), popular characters (‘naughty’ Margaret from Ann’s Pasties) and familiar experiences for many Cornish folk (shopping in Trago Mills), he tickled the funny bones of people looking for some regional entertainment.
The self-proclaimed King of Kernow has been touring for the last six years, and boy, has he come a long way. From pasties to dogging, politics to dialect, there isn’t a subject matter that the King hasn’t talked and laughed about.
Following performances at Glastonbury Festival, Port Eliot, and even Australia, the humble King is back for one night only with his Greatest Hits (plus a little extra new stuff!) for a mammoth night of Cornish laughs!
