Ben Maggs ‘Come As You Are’ Tour

Ben Maggs 'Come As You Are' TourAward winning critically acclaimed ‘Contemporary Folk’ Artist Ben Maggs returns to Cornwall following his hugely successful Hall for Cornwall support of The Proclaimers in June, to ‘enchant’ and ‘mesmerise’ with his ‘songs that will leave your heart tingling by the final stanza’.

Ben’s live show has been hailed by the music press as ‘mesmerising’, ‘crackling with creativity’, ‘outstanding’ and ‘magnificent’, and his latest album ‘Come As You Are’ was met equally effusively and enthusiastically.

The last year has seen Ben headlining all over the UK, playing to ‘awe-inspired audiences’ and also supporting The Proclaimers at sell out shows – having to decline the crowd’s unanimous cries for an encore to make sure the main act could be on stage on time!

Always inspired by the nature of life and love, and his love of life and nature, Ben has continued to write and create new tapestries with the colourful threads of his ‘stunningly beautiful vocals’, melodies and poetic lyrics, all wrapped in the warmth of artfully played acoustic guitar.  Some songs are further enriched by his unique, sensitive and creative use of a loop pedal or rhythmic ‘one man band’ foot powered cajon and tambourine.

This super talented Singer/Songwriter is a real tour de force and not to be missed.
