    St Austell Arts Centre presents an evening of acoustic-style Americana from four of Cornwall’s finest musicians – Songs from the Folk, Country Blues & Country Rock genres, with rich vocal harmonies, superb musicianship, and inspired by the likes of John Prine, CSN, Bob Wills & His Texas Playboys, Ry Cooder, Hank Williams III, Rick Nelson, John Fogerty, Bob Dylan, Lowell George, Arthur ‘Blind’ Blake and many more!

    The Hoodle was formed around 10 years ago and the four members have many years of touring, performing & recording experience under their belts, including collaborations with singer-songwriters such as Ralph McTell, Al Stewart & Kirsty MacColl, and touring careers with stadium acts such as the Sutherland Brothers & Quiver, Pink Floyd & Eric Clapton.

    True Foxes are a female folk/pop duo from Cornwall. Cousins Amie (Lead Vocals/ guitar) and Chloë (Vocal harmonies/bass) blend together atmospheric harmonies to create hauntingly beautiful melodies.
    Their music has been influenced by artists including First Aid Kit and Bruce Springsteen, this can be heard through the duo's originals including new songs from their EP; ‘Pleasure has a sting in its tail’, ‘Stubborn’ and ‘Sunny’, which were
    performed live on BBC radio and are now available across all major streaming platforms!
